Proposition 60, the “Condoms in Pornographic Films” Initiative, will be on the November 8, 2016, ballot in California as an Initiated State statute.

A “yes” vote would be a vote in favor of requiring the use of condoms, and other protective measures, during the filming of pornographic films, as well as requiring pornography producers to pay for certain health requirements, and checkups.

One of those health requirements is STD or STI vaccines…

The language is clever. It does not say Porn actors must be vaxxed with Gardasil and Hep B. It says Porn producers “must pay for STI vaccines, and keep records showing they complied.”

While one could argue that requiring the vaccines, and paying for them, are two different things, in practical terms…. they are not… This is smoke and mirror language that would require Porn producers to pay for “work-related STI prevention vaccines,” that is another way of saying the vaccines will be required because the producers are required to pay for them. Not paying for them is not an option, and if they are paid for they will be given, for there must be records, or else the producers will face fines and other legal liabilities.

The initiative is opposed by all political parties; nevertheless, support for this Prop 60 is at about 55%:

On Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. I hosted a screening of VAXXED: From Cover-Up to Catastrophe at the Crow Canyon Cinemas in my hometown of San Ramon, California.

Brandy Vaughn, the former pharmaceutical sales representative from Merck and now a health activist, joined me for a panel discussion after the movie.  We ended up selling a hundred and thirty two tickets, a number beyond my wildest expectations.

But it was something deeper than showing of a film.  It was an opportunity for my wife and our 16 year-old neuro-typical son to better understand what we have been living with for the past eighteen years.

My daughter, Jacqueline is vaccine-injured and severely autistic. 

While my son spends his summers in the weight room working out to earn a spot on his high school track team, my daughter has trouble walking.  That is the reality of my life.  I rescued my son from the path of autism, but have not yet rescued my daughter.

I’d like to report that those friends and family members who reacted so violently to my invitation to view the documentary reconsidered their response, grudgingly came to the movie, and despite their reservations, found themselves deeply moved by the experience.  But they didn’t.

Despite all my efforts, we did not have a single representative from the office of Congressman Mark De Saulnier, or from the office of another local congressman I had contacted, Eric Swalwell.

I am happy to report that we did have in attendance the president of our local teacher’s union, Ann Katzberg, as well as her vice-president, Bob Donovan.

There were also some of the former leaders of our local Tea Party, Heather Gass, and Pam Farly.  Every one of these people is committed to children’s health and are heroes in my eyes.

The documentary ran from 7:30 to 9:00 and the theater manager told us we would have about a half an hour after the movie to take questions from the audience before they had to close up.  However, when the theater manager came to tell us we really needed to stop at 10:15, the questions were still flying fast and furious.

The event was profoundly moving to me because of the presence of my wife and son in an audience of people who were learning about and reacting to the story.  I think there was something so deeply healing to them to see that despite the slings and arrows of insults and cold shoulders from people who don’t believe us, the truth endures.  Their father spends his time actively engaged in a righteous cause.

Big Changes…

VAXXED is the first wave of an invasion to liberate the world from the lies spread by the pharmaceutical companies that vaccines are safe, and not causing damage on a massive scale.  It is impossible to watch the film and not come to the conclusion that the whole story is not being told.  I understand why the pharmaceutical industry is pressuring film festivals to not show the movie, whether it be in New York, Florida, Australia, or Italy.

Like Hitler, the pharmaceutical companies know they have to defeat us on the beaches, or else the game is up.

The more than 50,000 people who have now seen the film in theaters or purchased it on-line are the new soldiers of truth in this war for our children.  How will they “science-shame” us when our numbers are so large and we say something as simple as, “Hey, why don’t you read the confession of Dr. William Thompson that he released from his lawyers on August 27, 2014?”  Or “Perhaps you should read the six-page detailed confession of Dr. Thompson that he submitted to Congressman William Posey on September 9, 2014?”

You see, most people consider such confessions to be what we call “evidence.”  And while the New England Journal of Medicine may choose not to publish these documents, in the real world, people go to jail when they confess crimes and provide evidence of their wrong-doing.

While I was disappointed not to have the attendance of certain family members and friends, I must note that there were certain family members I did not expect to attend, who did, and other friends to whom I had offered an invitation, who gladly accepted.

One friend from college, with whom I had rowed on the crew team, wrote me a text the following day.  “Thanks for inviting me last night.  My company is sponsoring free flu shots so after last night I decided to read up.  I read an article SO condescending, calling the anti-vaccine people a cult.  I’m stunned.  Keep up your great work.  It is heroic.”

I’m not interested in cutting the friends and family members who disparaged me for even attempting to show the film out of my life.  However, I do feel a bit like the coach of an athletic team, making decisions on who to put on the field.  A coach needs to decide what is best for the team, and I need to decide who is best for me.

Although it pains me to take the former all-stars of my life out of the game and put them on injured reserve, it’s what’s best for me.  There are others who seem to understand me better.  And after all, isn’t that what being a friend or family is all about?  I haven’t cut anybody out of my life, but I have made some decisions on who gets the lion’s share of my attention.  Maybe they will someday come around.  Maybe not.

There is a war to be won, not just for our children, but for the children and grandchildren of those who do not currently understand our fight.

And we will not stop until our flag flies above the capital of our enemy.

There Are No Manufacturing Inspections, No Lot Testing, Nothing…

The Chinese Manufacturing Facilities ARE PRE-APPROVED  By the World Health Organization (WHO)…

Most, if not all, of the seventy-two (72) Childhood Vaccines FORCED on California children in order to go to school are made in any of the twenty-eight (28) Chinese vaccine manufacturing facilities.

China DOES NOT have a good reputation as a trustworthy manufacturer.

(1)  There are no product inspections of any kind performed at the Chinese manufacturing facilities.

(2)  There are NONE of the testing requirements the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires of US manufacturers.  NONE.

(3)  The US government gives China a free pass bringing whatever-is-in-those-vaccine-tubes into the United States.  US government agencies provide no testing, what-so-ever, of so-called vaccines brought in from China.

(4)  The US government gives China a free pass – not checking, at all, to see if those vaccines(?) have been transported under refrigerated, sterile, conditions to the US.

(5)  The US government makes NO EFFORT, what-so-ever, to protect US children from potential harm from Chinese manufacturers.

(6)  The State of California Department of Health is both complicit, and equally guilty, along with the Feds, of endangering California’s children – and I don’t think they care.

This Situation is Preposterous.  China has the WORST record of tainted products on Planet Earth…

From Wikipedia – In March 2008, major recalls of heparin, a substance widely used as an injectable anticoagulant, were announced by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) due to contamination of the raw heparin stock imported from China.^[1][2][3]

The raw material for the recalled heparin batches was processed in China from pig’s intestines by the American pharmaceutical firm Scientific Protein Laboratories.^[3][4][5] The U.S. Food and Drug Administration was quoted as stating that at least 81 deaths were believed to be linked to a raw heparin ingredient imported from the People’s Republic of China, and that they had also received 785 reports of serious injuries associated with the drug’s use.^[6] 

Although supermarket labels may not always indicate it, a growing portion of the American diet is now made in China. In 2009 alone, 70 percent of the apple juice, 43 percent of the processed mushrooms, 22 percent of the frozen spinach and 78 percent of the tilapia Americans consumed came from China. But despite a well-documented pattern of chemical adulteration and unsafe drug residues, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has done little to address the growing tide of food imports from the nation. The FDA inspects less than 2 percent of imported food and rarely visits Chinese food manufacturers. Between 2009 and 2010, the FDA conducted only 13 food inspections in China.

You should have ZERO confidence in Chinese made vaccines, or ANY food or medicinal  products – for good reason.

U.S. food safety inspectors have been overwhelmed by the surging food imports from China since the country joined the World Trade Organization (WTO) in 2001. These international business deals allow trade to trump food safety and encourage U.S. agribusinesses and food manufacturers to source food ingredients from China where environmental, food safety and labor laws are weaker and regulatory oversight is lax.

The shortcomings in China’s food safety system were brought to light when ingredients tainted with the chemical melamine entered the global food supply — including products from well-known brands such as Mars, Heinz and Cadbury.

I Could Go On With these Truthful Stories About Chinese Manufacturing For the Rest of the Year, and ALL of Next Year…

But, I am sure you get the idea…

Up in the article sub-title I said “The Chinese Manufacturing Facilities ARE PRE-APPROVED  By the World Health Organization (WHO)…”  Does that fact give you confidence?

It shouldn’t for a number of reasons.

(1)  The Roman Catholic Church Council of Bishops in the African country of Kenya last year pointed out the WHO laced millions of vaccines headed for child-bearing age Kenyan women with a sterilizing agent.  I wrote about that here.  Below is an excerpt:

“Let’s first mention what happened in the Czech Republic in 2009, where scientists there were horrified to discover that millions of Flu Shots provided to them, for national distribution, by the US company Baxter, were found to be laced with the deadly avian flu virus.  Read about that here.

But, what happened in Kenya, uncovered by 27 Bishops of the Roman Catholic Church, is, to me, the signpost for “The Plan.”  There, in Kenya, just three months ago, vaccines were used to permanently, and without their knowledge or permission, sterilize forty-two million (42 million) young Kenyan women.  The World Health Organization (WHO), and UNICEF, were caught, by the Catholic Church leadership, lacing what they described as “Tetanus Vaccine” with Beta-HCG, a hormone that, when combined with the ingredients in the Tetanus vaccine, leads to sterility.  As  the Catholic Church says “Once a mother develops antibodies against HCG, she rejects any pregnancy as soon as it starts growing in her womb thus causing repeated abortions and subsequent sterility.”

According to the Catholic Church, it is not the first time.  They have evidence that WHO has done this at least twice before in Mexico and the Philippines.

(2) Then let’s hear from Dr. Dale Brown on how WHO REALLY handles Vaccines – those deaths in Southern Mexico.

To Summarize – Dicky Pan knows all of this and he did it to California children anyway…

And, the California legislature, with NO research into the realities of vaccines, made them MANDATORY…

The State of California Health Department employees know all of this.  But, the new 2017 Audi, BMW, and Lexus models are almost out…

The Science Is In – Vaccines Are Worthless and Terribly Dangerous…

Years ago I worked in the Power Industry.  The Public Relations position of that industry was simple – low profile.  We didn’t want people to think about electricity except to, without any thought, walk into a room, flip a wall switch, turning on the lights, and pay the bill once a month.

There was a whole world behind that wall switch that no one ever payed any attention to.  It was just there.  No one ever noticed the existence of a huge network of generating stations, power lines, substations, command centers, transformers, etc.,  until the population centers began to match demand  with available electrical generation – and the strain on the system became an issue.

Then it became a very big issue – and the problems for the power industry escalated.  Suddenly, it became very hard to build new power lines, generating plants.  People wanted all of those power lines underground, and out of sight.  Everyone began to notice that smoke coming out of generating plants…  And the power industry was beset with a whole new set of problems.

Push had come to shove…

It is kind of like that in the US health care industry.  There were ALWAYS problems but then one day it all changed.  Like a lightbulb going on over America’s head, suddenly the reality of the US health care system was VERY noticeable – like a week-dead animal smell.

Somebody had flipped a switch on the wall putting a harsh light on the reality of the, not only nearly useless, but extremely expensive, official US health care offering.  The physical dangers of that system became patently obvious.  We can thank the State of California for the wake up call…

Wake up call?  Oh yeah.  California.

It started with the passing of SB 277…

We live in a busy world where we are constantly beset with input.  There is virtually nothing “laid back” in California any more.  To survive here takes a lot more work than in past generations.  So, our daily focus is on what is directly in front of us – not on remote social concepts.  It takes a lot to shift our attention.  Whole industries thrive on shifting that attention if even for a few seconds.

What is easiest becomes the daily play.  No one ever contacts the city they live in until the pothole they hit in front of their driveway, as they back out, becomes so bad that the morning coffee spills on their new suit – and they have eighteen minutes to be in a meeting.

The “Daily Play” in health care was to just go along, and accept what the authority figure in the long white coat, with a stethoscope hanging around their neck, said to do. That concept was reinforced by a dictum from a public agency…  Trust your government, right?

A significant part of the State of California Health Department’s annual budget is dependent upon continuously INCREASING the percentage of vaccinated people in the State.  That situation comes from a deal with the US Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC).  Every bureaucrat’s primary goal, in EVERY case, is to INCREASE their own importance and their agency’s income, and number of employees under their authority.   It is written into their DNA structure.

If an agency upper level employee is seen with an Audi, BMW, Lexus, Baby Mercedes, or Volvo over two years old, they are not allowed in Sacramento restaurants at lunch time – and the sniggering they overhear in Capital hallways gets louder as their car gets older.  It is the reality of government service.  Think I’m joking?  No, I am not.

Bureaucracies have their own reputation.  If you are not familiar with it, watch this short seven minute video on “Controlling Bureaucracies – Crash Course.” 

What Big Pharma managed to do, through their wholly owned subsidiary the US Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), was to bypass one of the greatest of bureaucratic controls – the control of funding.  The California Department of Health and its subsidiaries the County Health Departments, found that they can tell the California legislature to go fly a kite over funding, for they now have their own way to generate money.  LOTS of money.

Sarcasm – If the State of California Health Department found a way to increase their budget by running down pedestrians in crosswalks, and on sidewalks in downtown Sacramento, there’d be dead bodies everywhere.  And the Health Department would have their lobbyists trying to get new legislation mandating that those pedestrians have to pay for the damage to the bureaucrat’s vehicles.

The California Department of Health is NO LONGER much interested in anything  having to do with health.  It is Big Pharma’s vaccine sales force.  Their pay is DEPENDENT on making vaccine sales quotas.

So, one day last year’s vaccine quotas were reached.  What was a Health Department to do?  Next year’s budget was on the line, and there were new downtown restaurants to be seen in.  How do they increase the numbers?

Easy – This year, make vaccine MANDATORY for school children. Next year for adults.  No problem, right?

Wrong…

The citizens found the potholes, so to speak, and they all have telephones, and internet.

The US Anti-Vaccination movement, growing like an inverted pyramid, armed itself, and continues to pick up speed.

Every day, in every way, US citizens are finding out that there is not just the one pothole in front of their own driveway – That the US health care system is one big pharma driven axle-breaking bumpy road.

The New anti-SB 277 Lawsuit is in the Writing Stage…

I am well aware of how much work is going on behind the scenes getting the new case organized.  After reading the summary of the originally designed case by the two research attorneys I brought up two points:

(1)  California vaccine providers, and administrators, knowingly hide the dangers of vaccines from their victims, and totally misrepresent their safety and effectiveness.

(2)  Vaccines REALLY ARE made in China, and other third world countries, and there really are NO quality control measures in place – neither in the manufacturing, nor in the transportation.  Vaccines are made, shipped to California un-inspected, and force-jammed into innocent children as a requirement to go to school.

We should see these facts reflected in the new lawsuit.

But, I think it is time to go much, much further…

Pro-Vaxxers know how bad the vaccine situation really is and cover it up to keep making money. They need to go to jail….

What kind of people have we spawned in our government that could, and would, damage America’s children this way?

Vaccine Damage has grown exponentially.  There is SO MUCH we just cannot deny it.

Pediatricians, to me, deserve a special place in Hell, for they see, every day, the results of those vaccinations, and ignore those facts as long as the money rolls in.

State Health Departments play the denial game, pretending they don’t notice how much money School Districts are spending on educating, and in some cases, just baby-sitting, vast numbers of vaccine damaged children.

What this new lawsuit is going to do…

I know that most people believe, probably as a result of movies, that you must WIN a lawsuit to win the battle, or the war.  That just isn’t so.  The lawsuit process is just as important, and in some ways more important, than winning.

For example, if in a lawsuit the Plaintiff alleges a Conspiracy is happening, during the case discovery process uncovers the fact that not only was there a Conspiracy, but RICO type criminal activity, then the case can be Amended to include that.  More, a criminal case can come out of the investigation.

For instance, I predict that William Thompson, the CDC whistleblower is going to testify to some very interesting things in deposition.  So is Charity Dean MD.  Dicky Pan is going to be wearing Depends…

So, there is one very important bit of information I need to pass along.  

Very few people know this.  The primary function of a Federal, State, or County Grand Jury is to investigate bad government.

That’s right – Bad government…

Just below is an excerpt from the Santa Barbara County Grand Jury page.  Santa Barbara County you may remember, is where Charity Dean MD resides as the top official for the local health department.

Read this below, and read all the way down to the bottom.  I just gave you a new tool…

FUNCTIONS

The Grand Jury is an investigatory body created for the protection of society and the enforcement of the law. Although the responsibilities of a juror are many and diverse, the three predominant functions include:

A.  Civil Government Oversight.  This is the major function of present day grand jurors, and considerable effort is devoted to these responsibilities. The Grand Jury may examine all aspects of county and city government and special districts to ensure that the best interests of Santa Barbara County citizens are being served. The Grand Jury reviews and evaluates procedures, methods and systems utilized by county government to determine whether more efficient and economical programs may be employed. The Grand Jury is also authorized to:

Inspect and audit books, records and financial expenditures to ensure that public funds are properly accounted for and legally spent;

Inspect financial records of districts in Santa Barbara County;

Inquire into the conditions of jails and detention centers;

Inquire into any charges of willful misconduct in office by public officials or employees.

Most Grand Jury oversight findings are contained in reports describing problems encountered and making recommendations for solutions. These are released upon completion.

At the end of its term, the Santa Barbara County Grand Jury issues a final report on the operations of Santa Barbara County government.

B. Citizen Complaints. As part of the civil function, the Grand Jury receives letters from citizens alleging mistreatment by officials, suspicions of misconduct or governmental inefficiencies. Complaints received from citizens are acknowledged and investigated for their validity. Such complaints are kept confidential. If the situation warrants, and corrective action is under the jurisdiction of the Grand Jury, appropriate action is taken.

C. Criminal Investigations. Occasionally and under certain circumstances, the Grand Jury may be requested by the Judge to serve as a Criminal Grand Jury. A special Criminal Grand Jury is selected to hold hearings to determine whether evidence presented by the district attorney is of sufficient nature to warrant a person to stand trial in court. A minimum of twelve jurors must vote for an indictment in any criminal proceedings. The types of cases presented to the Grand Jury by the district attorney usually include:

Cases involving public officials or employees.

Cases involving police officers.

Cases in which the statute of limitations is about to expire.

White collar crimes, and

Other cases the district attorney deems appropriate.

REPORTS

The Grand Jury issues its final report each year in late June. The report is available to all county residents, and is delivered to the news media, libraries and to heads of affected government agencies. Affected agencies are required to respond to the report findings and recommendations within 60 to 90 days. Those responses are also available to the public. The Grand Jury releases individual reports as they are completed over the year.

COMMITTEES

Grand Jurors are a diverse volunteer group of citizens from the five supervisorial districts. The community is best served by a mix of ethnic, gender, age and economic differences. In order to accomplish the county oversight functions, committees are normally established to address:

Audit County finance and Administration

County Services and Special Districts

Cities and Joint Power Agencies

Health, Education and Welfare

Law, Justice and Public Safety

Response

COMPLAINTS

The Grand Jury is responsive to the suggestions and complaints from citizens about issues the jury should investigate. Each suggestion is reviewed by the full Grand Jury, or assigned to one of the jury’s committees for consideration. You may contact the Grand Jury through mail, phone, fax and email. Though the jury cannot investigate every issue, every comment is duly considered. All complaints received by the Grand Jury are treated confidentially. The Grand Jury’s records may not be inspected nor subpoenaed. All Grand Jury investigations and interviews are kept confidential.

Grand Juries issue Indictments.  What is an Indictment?

In most legal cases, after an indictment has been handed down by a grand jury, the defendant is arraigned on the charges and pleads guilty or not guilty in court. Legal motions and court hearings follow arraignment, and a defendant is put on trial in front of a jury.

“The influence of the food industry on medical research has been exposed again today (9-12-2016) in JAMA Internal Medicine. The authors explained how, “The Sugar Research Foundation (SRF) sponsored its first CHD research project in 1965, a literature review published in the New England Journal of Medicine, which singled out fat and cholesterol as the dietary causes of CHD and downplayed evidence that sucrose consumption was also a risk factor.

The SRF set the review’s objective, contributed articles for inclusion and received drafts.” An accompanying editorial written by one of our past Advanced Study Weekend Speakers, Marion Nestle PhD, MPH: “Today, it is almost impossible to keep up with the range of food companies sponsoring research—from makers of the most highly processed foods, drinks, and supplements to producers of dairy foods, meats, fruits, and nuts—typically yielding results favorable to the sponsor’s interests. Food company sponsorship, whether or not intentionally manipulative, undermines public trust in nutrition science, contributes to public confusion about what to eat, and compromises Dietary Guidelines in ways that are not in the best interest of public health.”

This study suggests that the sugar industry sponsored its first CHD research project in 1965 to downplay early warning signals that sucrose consumption was a risk factor in CHD. As of 2016, sugar control policies are being promulgated in international,61 federal,62,63 state, and local venues.64 Yet CHD risk is inconsistently cited as a health consequence of added sugars consumption. Because CHD is the leading cause of death globally, the health community should ensure that CHD risk is evaluated in future risk assessments of added sugars. Policymaking committees should consider giving less weight to food industry–funded studies, and include mechanistic and animal studies as well as studies appraising the effect of added sugars on multiple CHD biomarkers and disease development.

Every year it seems we are inundated with another scare story in the media about an out-of-control virus. The flu scares are perennial and unending since the great swine flu hoax of the 1970s.

Last year it was Ebola and this year it is the ZIKA virus. In each article, the media shouts of horrendous consequences from the latest uncontrolled attacker, and never fail to mention that development of a vaccine is underway, but is still a few years off, if only government will lavishly endow the research teams.

These articles are full of relentless lies.

The History of Vaccinations…

The most thorough examination of the history of vaccination was done by Dr. Raymond Obomsawin, PhD, in 1992 at the behest of the Canadian government’s CIDA (Canadian International Development Agency). They were spending $150 million a year on vaccines and wanted to know if they were getting good value for their money. Dr. Obomsawin went around the world and studied all the relevant information in each country, with some records dating back to 1850.

What Obomsawin found was astonishing – not only did vaccines NOT prevent epidemics of viral diseases, they actually CAUSED them. In chart after chart he showed that the incidence of infection was declining right up until the time when a vaccine was introduced, and then there was a spike (sometimes huge) in the number of cases, after which the previous rate of decline was resumed.

Dr. Obomsawin presented his results to CIDA, but they refused to publish it, since it meant the elimination of their jobs. So he published it himself, in order that citizens could see for themselves that every word written in favor of vaccines was a lie.

The question now confronting us is what do we replace the discredited poison with?

The answer is ozone therapy. It was devised about 1870 in Germany, and since that time has become a huge success worldwide, with over 16,000 doctors in 30 countries giving tens of thousands of patients ozone therapy daily. It has proven to be the safest medical modality ever devised, and it has shown to be able to eliminate every bacterial and viral invader of man it has come up against.

Suppression of treatments that work…

Last year, several American doctors took ozone generators to Africa to treat people who had been infected with Ebola. They established a 100% cure rate, but their mission was cut short when local governments, under intense pressure from WHO, told them to leave. It seems that a proven cure is not what WHO and its pharmaceutical masters want, after all.

This was a graphic illustration of the political and economic power arrayed against the most potent medical tool. It is hard to believe in this day and age that opposition to a safe and cheap cure could still muster so much muscle.

In America, the nation most opposed to ozone therapy, people have taken to buying their own ozone generators and treating themselves at home. The market is growing every year, and a few cautious doctors are also incorporating the modality into their practices. Even more people, with only layman skills and coaching from experienced teachers, are opening their own ozone clinics, without bothering to jump through the hoops of a system that is opposed to the therapy.

What is Ozone Therapy…

Ozone is simply oxygen with added energy. It is made in an ozone generator, which has a power supply that supplies electricity to a tube through which oxygen is passed. In a miracle of nature, the oxygen O2 breaks down to O1, called singlet oxygen, and then rapidly recombines into O3, called ozone. O3 carries more oxidative energy than O2, but it doesn’t last long, and when it is introduced into the body in any one of two dozen approved protocols, it falls back to oxygen and releases its energy into the body. This energy is deadly to any virus or bacteria it encounters, and it oxidizes that particle. Good cells have enzymes that protect them from this energy and are unharmed; in fact they are powered up by it, and experience an increase in ATP output. ATP is the energy currency of the cells, so people doing ozone will end up with more energy, after the detoxification of the body passes a certain point.

Ozone therapy has proven to be the most powerful detoxifier in existence. There are over 2500 diseases listed by modern medicine that are successfully treated with ozone therapy. And no one dies from this therapy, it is so safe.

The safety aspect is related to the fact that the body itself makes ozone. It was discovered recently by the Scripps Institute that the body is manufacturing ozone continuously. For a long time, it was a puzzle as to why the brain used so much of the oxygen inhaled, up to 20% of the total. Yet, the brain has few mitochondria, which is where oxygen usage is greatest. Now it is known that in the brain, elegant mechanisms of enzymes split the O2 into two O1, which then combine into O3, which we call ozone. Then, the energized ozone falls back to O2, and in doing so, emits a near infrared photon of 762 nanometers wavelength. So, the brain has manufactured a photon from a molecule of oxygen. This is a miraculous process.

What happens with the infrared photons?

They are distributed amongst the cells of the body. The photons are held in what is called ‘entrainment’. They pulsate as a single wave field, all in resonance at 762 nm. And that wave field is how the brain controls the trillions of cells. It does not have to wait for chemical messages to be sent to and from the cells, which happens at electrical speeds. It has the infinitely faster master control system in the realm of self-created light.
