No, your body, for some reason, is attempting to store water. To me this indicates you are dehydrated. Drink distilled water as much as you can manage (a minimum of 38 ounces for your weight).

Also, if you are only managing to take two coffee enemas per day, take a plain distilled water enema prior to each coffee enema at least until the water in your lungs is only a memory.

For quicker results I recommend you increase your coffee enemas to five per day. If you do you can just take a water enema prior to your first coffee enema each day.
