- Does anything come out of a can, box, package or restaurant?
- How is the food prepared, fried, steamed, boiled, raw, ground in VitaMix?
- How much of each food (in oz or grams and calories), beans, starches like sweet potato, rice.
- Greens which ones and how much?
- Fruits which ones and how much?
- Ever eat animal products? Which ones? How often and how often?
What are things you are doing you know do not support your health?
- Not enough movement
- Eating out more than at holidays
