When I ask this question, I am really asking you for detailed information. You may not have even documented to this point as much detail as I want to know.

  1. Calories from each source.
  2. Does anything come out of a can, box, package or restaurant?
  3. How is the food prepared, fried, steamed, boiled, raw, ground in VitaMix?
  4. How much of each food (in oz or grams and calories), beans, starches like sweet potato, rice.
  5. Greens which ones and how much?
  6. Fruits which ones and how much?
  7. Ever eat animal products? Which ones? How often and how often?

What are things you are doing you know do not support your health?

  1. Drinking
  2. Sweets
  3. Not enough movement
  4. Eating out more than at holidays
  5.  More
