Regrets are a waste of time.
Here is the recipe to follow to get over them and move on.
Make a written list of everything you regret.
Make a list of every event you can think of that has a charge of regret, trauma, exposure to chemicals, exposure to a loss (death of someone, job loss, accidents and anything else you want to add).
Add to the list as you think of something.
