Update: I am eat 8 times a day. 4 times are 8oz veg juice, 2 times are cellect+veg juice, 2 times are budwig. Let me know how to divide the 1200.

Ok so if you are eating eight times per day just divide the 24 1200 tablet into 8 portions

So 3  taken thirty minuted prior to the food should be fine.
