Is there any other way for someone with a colostomy bag to detox safely while on your programme?

Is there any other way for someone with a colostomy bag to detox safely while on your program?  I understand people with colostomy could do enemas through the stoma opening. That kind of scared me a bit because 1. I don't know how safe or effective that is. 2. Even if it's safe, am not there to monitor it. Have you done that before for any one?

I have spoken with people who do this – it seems to be a more common practice in some areas of the world.

Here is a collection of videos I located to share with people. In my inquiries, I did find that taking one or two in twenty-four hours seems to be the limit for most people, so the person with bag may not be able to consume the entire fifty-four grams of pancreatin every day, So cancer recovery may take longer that the typical length of time due to this limitation.
